FIND A HOME

Buying, One Step At A Time

Buying a home is a long list of steps, and most of them only make sense once somebody explains them. I will explain every one, as many times as you need.

We start with a conversation, not a house tour. Where you need to be, what you can comfortably spend, and what this home has to do for you and the people living in it.

I am committed to providing you with peace of mind, knowing that every aspect of your home purchase is meticulously managed and personalized to meet your specific needs.

BUYING IN TODAY'S MARKET

Houses around here can move quickly, and it is easy to feel like you are always a step behind. Most of that pressure comes from not knowing what happens next.

So we get you ready before you start looking. You will know your real budget, because I will put you in touch with a lender I have worked with. You will know what your money buys in the areas you are considering. And you will know what happens the day something comes up that you want, because we will have already talked it through.

When we do go look, I will tell you what I see. What is cosmetic, what is expensive, and what would make me walk away. If a house is not right for you, I will say so, even if it is the tenth one.

When we find it, I write the offer and negotiate on your side. Then comes the inspection, the appraisal, and a stretch of paperwork and deadlines. I keep track of all of it and tell you what is happening and what you need to do next.

Then you get the keys.
