BUYERS REPRESENTATIVE
As your buyer's agent I do the parts that are hard to do alone. I help you work out a budget you are actually comfortable with, put you in touch with a lender and an inspector, look for homes that match what you told me, and tell you honestly what I see in each one. When you find the right house, I write the offer, negotiate on your side, and manage everything between the accepted offer and closing day.
I will also explain in plain terms how I get paid and what you are agreeing to, before you sign anything.

SELLERS REPRESENTATIVE
As your listing agent I price your home against what has actually sold nearby, give you the short list of things worth fixing first, handle the photography and marketing, run the showings, and walk you through every offer so you know what you would really walk away with. Then I manage the contract, the deadlines and the inspection process through to closing.
